The Cold Smoker is a great addition to your country smoker. It is available as an add-on to any CS-420, 450, 570 and 680.

With the cold smoker you can now smoke and cure your meat before cooking on the grill. The idea is to impart smoke flavor on fish, game or cheese before it is cooked or while it is curing. The cold smoking process should be done on cooler days or evenings when the temperature is cooler outside.

Temperature range is below 90 degrees Farenheit.
