Directions
- While the grill is preheating, prepare the brie. Using a sharp knife, slice the brie in half horizontally. Place the pineapple ring on top of one of the brie halves and top with the other brie half.
- On a flat work surface, lay the prosciutto slices out in a circle so that they overlap in the center and look like the spokes of a wheel. Place the brie in the center of the prosciutto and bring each slice up over the cheese to cover. The wheel of brie should be fully covered by the prosciutto. Season generously with Chop House Steak Seasoning.
- Place the prosciutto-wrapped brie on the grill and grill for 5-10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is golden brown and beginning to crisp. Using a spatula, flip the brie over and grill for another 5-10 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisped and golden, and the brie is melted.
- Remove the brie from the grill and cut small wedges with a knife to serve.
